Capsule Security is a Tel Aviv-based cybersecurity startup founded in 2025 by CEO Naor Paz (formerly F5 and Unit 8200) and CTO Lidan Hazout (formerly VP R&D at Securedtouch — acquired by Ping Identity — and Transmit Security), building a runtime trust layer that monitors and controls AI agents inside enterprise environments to prevent manipulation, misbehavior, or silent data exfiltration ¹²³. The platform centers on ClawGuard, an open-source pre-invocation checkpoint that evaluates an AI agent’s intent before tool calls execute, along with fine-tuned Small Language Models packaged as “Guardian Agents” for low-latency runtime protection; Capsule has also published research disclosing zero-day vulnerabilities in widely used agent platforms, including ShareLeak (CVE-2026-21520) in Microsoft Copilot Studio ¹².
